ALEKSANDR MIKHAILOVICH SEMIONOVwas born February 18, 1922 in Torzhok.  In 1940 Mr. Aleksandr Semionov graduated from the Tavricheskaya Street Art school in Leningrad.  Since 1954 he participated in art exhibitions.
